Production process of fireproof calcium silicate board

     Fireproof calcium silicate board is made of silicon oxide (quartz sand, diatomaceous earth, etc.), calcium oxide (some use slaked lime, calcium carbide slag, etc.) and reinforcing fibers (such as asbestos, glass fiber, etc.) as the main raw materials. After being stirred and heated, , Gel, forming, autoclaving, drying and other processes. Then the calcium silicate board is produced. 

     The production process of fireproof calcium silicate board is as follows:

     Add water to the lime, filter it through three screens, put it into the storage tank, and transfer it to the mixing tank with a mud pump. Mix and stir with diatomite, water glass, asbestos (or other fibers) and water. Then pump the mixed thick glue solution to a gel bucket to heating the gel. Then sent to an intermediate homogeneous liquid storage tank, and then sent to an oil press for pressure molding. The molded wet product is pressure-hardened in an autoclave, and then sent to baking room to dry and dehydrate. After quality inspection the finished products are stored in the warehouse.

     The production process of fireproof calcium silicate board can be divided into several steps: lime digestion, mixing ingredients, heating gel, pressure forming, autoclaving and drying and dehydration. The forming process of fireproof calcium silicate board is divided into casting and pressing. For cast molding, the mold is simple, the production cost is low. but the product after steam curing must pass through the shaping stage. After this stage, the product may still have uneven structure and incomplete appearance. For press molding, it requires a special press and expensive mold. But the finished product has a complete shape and a uniform structure.
