     In this issue, we will continue to introduce advantages of using ceramic fiber products as furnace linings.

     f. No need preheating. The furnace lining can be put into use when the construction is completed.

     g. Good sound insulation performance: ceramic fiber products can reduce high-frequency noise that is less than 1000 Hz. And its sound insulation performance for sound waves less than 300HZ is better than commonly used sound insulation materials.

     h. High thermal sensitivity: The thermal sensitivity of the furnace lining of ceramic fiber products is far better than that of conventional refractory fiber materials. The high thermal sensitivity of the ceramic fiber lining is more suitable for the automatic control of industrial furnaces.

     I. Chemical stability:Ceramic fiber products are neutral and slightly acidic materials. Except for reaction with strong acids and alkalis, they are not corroded by other weak acids, alkalis, water, oil, and steam, and are not wetted with lead, aluminum, and copper.

     j. Wide application range: With the development of refractory fiber production technology and application technology, ceramic fiber products can meet the requirements of different temperature grades from 600 ℃ to 1400 ℃. From fiber bulk, blankets, felts to fiber modules, boards, special-shaped pieces, paper, fiber textiles; from fiber bulk to fiber spray coatings, plastics, castables and other secondary processing or deep processing products, fully meet the requirement of furnaces of various industries.
