Production process of high temperature Calcium silicate board

     According to the technical requirements specified in GB / T10699-1998: appearance quality, density, mass moisture content, compressive strength, flexural strength, thermal conductivity, maximum use temperature, combustion performance, corrosion resistance and hydrophobicity. At present, high temperature Calcium silicate board insulation materials can be classified into the following types: 

Production process of high temperature Calcium silicate board

     (1) High temperature Calcium silicate board contains asbestos. High temperature Calcium silicate board reinforced with asbestos fibers.

     (2) Asbestos-free high temperature Calcium silicate board. It is a high-temperature calcium silicate board produced with alkali-resistant glass fibers instead of asbestos fibers. Asbestos-free high temperature Calcium silicate boards have better thermal conductivity, mechanical strength, and linear shrinkage than high temperature Calcium silicate board contain asbestos. The improvement of asbestos-free high temperature Calcium silicate boards’ mechanical strength and brittleness makes it more conducive to reduce the cost of engineering installation.

     (3) Ultra light  high temperature Calcium silicate board. High temperature Calcium silicate board is produced with static method, while the ultra-light high temperature Calcium silicate board is produced with dynamic method. The gelation gel process in the static method is changed to the heating and stirring under high pressure to form amorphous or sub-crystalline hydrate, then press-molded, autoclaved and hardened as in the static method, and then dried in an oven. The high temperature Calcium silicate board thus formed is called ultra-light high temperature Calcium silicate board, it has better thermal conductivity and flexural strength than high temperature Calcium silicate boards contain asbestos. And its density is 1/2 lighter, and the working temperature is also increased from 650 ℃ to 1000 ℃.

     (4) High strength high temperature Calcium silicate board. High-strengthhigh temperature Calcium silicate board is synthesized by hydration reaction between silicon material and calcareous material. Tobermorite is used as the main crystal material. Adhesives and reinforcing materials are used to increase the strength of the product. By changing the compression ratio to meet the density requirements. By changing the process conditions to control the thermal conductivity. By increasing the shrinkage reducing agent to control the shrinkage.
