Construction method of tunnel kiln with insulation brick and aluminum silicate fiber blanket

     This issue we continue to introduce construction method of tunnel kiln with insulation brick and aluminum silicate fiber blanket.

     The insulation layer between the inner wall and the outer wall should be uniform, substantial and airtight, and no water shall enter. The material of the heat insulation layer is generally aluminum silicate fiber blanket, and the blanket size should meet the design requirements and the actual needs for convenient installation. Attention should be paid during installation process: the blanket must be tightly contacted and pressed, and the joints of two aluminum silicate fiber blanket should be bonded with high-temperature adhesive to make the seal tight and ensure its insulation performance. For the blanket that needs to be processed, use a knife to cut it neatly to ensure the size is accurate. It is strictly forbidden to tear the blanket directly by hand.

     The construction procedure of the kiln roof insulation project is as follows: Pre-lay the high-aluminum aluminum silicate fiber blanket on the overlapping part of the refractory slab and the inner straight wall. And the V shape gap of refractory slab should be filled with high-aluminum aluminum silicate fiber blanket. Then make 20mm light aggregate refractory mud seal layer. Then thermal insulation layer laying (including installation and insulation of coal pipe and air pipe).  Finally, kiln top surface sealing.
