Construction method of aluminum silicate fiber products for ring furnace transformation

     With the rapid development of production and application technology of aluminum silicate fiber products, the replacement of refractory bricks with aluminum silicate fiber lining has become an inevitable trend in the development of kiln lining. Furnace built with this product has the technical characteristics of rapid temperature rise, low temperature of outer furnace wall, good thermal insulation effect, uniform temperature in the furnace, etc. It is currently the most advanced refractory thermal insulation material in the world. It is not only suitable for ring quenching furnace, but also for heating furnace and heat treatment furnace.

     Performance analysis and application of aluminum silicate fiber products

     1) Aluminum silicate fiber products have excellent thermal insulation performance, no thermal expansion stress, light weight, good thermal shock and mechanical shock resistance, and are easy to construct and easy to repair.

     2) Using aluminum silicate fiber products to replace the traditional heavy refractory materials can effectively strengthen the insulation structure of industrial furnaces; effectively control the heat loss and heat storage capacity of the furnace body to achieve the purpose of saving energy. Using aluminum silicate fiber products can effectively reduce the load-bearing of the furnace wall steel structure and significantly save steel used in building furnace.

     3) Due to low thermal capacity of the aluminum silicate fiber products wall lining, the radiation capacity after spraying paint on the surface is increased by nearly 11% compared with conventional refractory materials. This can effectively accelerate the furnace heating rate, shorten the furnace operating cycle, and thus reduce the oxidation loss of the billet , Improve the operation rate and operation flexibility of the furnace 

     4) The thermal sensitivity of the aluminum silicate fiber products lining is far better than that of the conventional refractory lining. This ring furnace is operated by a microcomputer. The high thermal sensitivity of the fiber lining is more suitable for the automatic control requirements of industrial furnaces.
