The reasons of CCEWOOL refractory clay brick 's damage in gasifier

In terms of working conditions and using environment of the refractory clay brick in the gasifier, there are the causes of damages:

1. the erosion of slag

The coal contains Si, Al, Ca, Fe and other trace metal salts that constitute the coal ash, different coal can form different types of slag, slag through the brick penetration, dissolution and with refractory bricks to form low melting point compounds, changing the composition of brick, low melting point compounds continue to wash, resulting in refractory clay brick has been welded, infiltration, which was gradually denuded, entrained by the air into the quench chamber to form ash.

2. the destruction of thermal stress
