How to extend life span of CCEWOOL refractory clay brick in gasifier 1

Last week we mentioned that the damage reasons of CCEWOOL refractory clay brick in the gasifier, and this week we are going to talk about the measurements to extend the operational life span of CCEWOOL refractory clay brick in the gasifier:

1. Stable coal source, control slag composition

Changes in the slag composition can lead to changes in the degree of damage to the refractory clay bricks, thus abandoning the practice of burning only a single coal, widening the classes of coal, selecting a variety of low ash melting point, low ash and high activity coal, using new mixed coal blending technology, so that after the coal blending, coal ash melting temperature control in the 1200-1300 degrees Celsius; coal ash content shall not be higher than 10% -15%, the lower the better; and comprehensive consideration of its price should be consistent with coal blending Economic efficiency requirements. To reduce the furnace coal ash content through adding and burning clean coal and adjusting the lending proportion, and making the slag composition more reasonable, so as to reduce the damage to the refractory clay brick. In addition, in order to quickly adjust the coal species, regular detection pH value of gasification furnace ash is necessary.

2. To carry out technological innovation, to ensure safety gasifier production

①According to the operation characteristics of the gasifier and the damage rules of the refractory clay brick, the following techniques are used to obtain good results. Modification of the gasifier safety system to facilitate the system safe production;

②Transformation high-temperature thermocouple assembly technology to extend the operational life span of high-temperature thermocouple;

③Rely on adding limestone to reduce ash melting point before, now we are no longer adding limestone to reducing the content of CaO in the ash;

④Using oxygen coal automatic tracking technology, stable operation of furnace temperature;

⑤Developing and using new burner to change the gasifier operating conditions.
