From the experiment we can know that the furnace temperature increased by every 100 ℃, refractory clay brick damage rate will increase 2-3 times, therefore the operating temperature should not make too high, generally when the coal ash in the melting condition, the flow viscosity of 25 -35 MPa · s as the operating temperature of the gasifier is more appropriate. In addition, industrial practice has proved that the number of open/stop doubled, refractory clay brick damage rate will be doubled. Therefore, in the operation of gasifier, gasifier should ensure long cycle, stable operation, and reduce the number of open/stop, which is very important to ease the damage for refractory clay brick.
