CCEWOOL ceramic fiber module used in industrial furnace as lining material has own advantages.
Traditional layer type with ceramic fiber blanket adopts anchors to fix stainless steel liner and ceramic fiber blanket on the furnace shell, this will make the heat in furnace transfers to the furnace shell through the anchors. The amount of annealing furnace’ anchors can reach ten thousands, so the heat of furnace lining will lose a lot. However CCEWOOL ceramic fiber module used in the furnace lining can be used anchors to fix on the shell so the anchors won’t touch the furnace inside atmosphere directly, then the heat won’t lost.
Found through the actual survey, when the temperature reaches 800C in furnace, the temperature at the welds of layer type with ceramic fiber blanket distribute with peak - shaped form. And the furnace shell’ temperature is 60C-80C, but the furnace shell’ temperature of ceramic fiber module pattern is 40C-50C.
Compared layer ceramic fiber blanket type with CCEWOOL ceramic fiber module lining, the heat insulation and sealing effect of ceramic fiber module used in industrial furnace lining is more significant, can greatly reduce the heat loss.
