The common problems during laying fire bricks lining:
Dislocation: the irregularities between the layer and the blocks;
Tilt: uneven in the horizontal direction;
Gray seam uneven: the mortar joint width is not average, so it can be adjusted by appropriately selected brick;
The away: the different heart brick ring with the housing in the arcuate masonry;
Heavy sewing: the upper and lower gray seam are overlapped, allowing only a two-storey gray seam;
Mouth: that the arcuate inner masonry mortar joint small outside big;
Void: the mortar between the layers, and the inter-brick housing is not full, the device does not move in the liner is not allowed;
Mao joints: the brickwork is not hook wipe, dirty walls;
Meandering bend: the longitudinal seam, girth or horizontal seam is not straight, curved and wavy;
Masonry drum kits: devices that belong to deformation caused, should be flat masonry repair equipment related to surface. Masonry double insulation lining available leveling;
Mixing: misuse of mud, it is not allowed.
Laying the refractory lining of fixed equipment needs staged masonry. In the insulating layer, where the anchor is in brick after brick arch, swelling around the hole and the contact areas, shall use CCEWOOL fire brick masonry.
The expansion joints of CCEWOOL fire brick lining. The width of expansion joints should not be negative tolerance and it should be filled up with CCEWOOL refractory fiber to avoid full within outer space phenomenon. Insulation is generally not to set up expansion joints.
The important parts and complex shape parts of the liner should be pre-masonry. If the structure is extremely complex, so we consider castable lining.
The exposed metal parts Leaving in the brick lining including care brick panels, brick retaining plate and other parts,they need to use shaped bricks, castable or CCEWOOL refractory fiber to closed, may not be directly exposed to the hot gas kiln in use.
