Application of insulating ceramic module on shuttle kiln

     Shuttle kiln is a kind of car bottom kiln. Shuttle kilns can be equipped with kiln doors in two directions along the length of the kiln hearth, or there can be only one kiln door, and the kiln car enters and exits through this kiln door, so it is also called drawer kiln. As the shuttle kiln loads and unloads products outside the kiln, labor intensity is greatly reduced and labor conditions are improved.

     The body of the shuttle kiln mostly adopts a thin-walled structure with excellent thermal insulation performance. The shuttle kiln wall for the ceramic industry is composed of 230 mm thick lightweight bricks and 30 mm thermal insulation ceramic modules. The kiln wall structure can also be the integral lining of thermal insulation ceramic modules. The ceramic fiber layer thickness is 250-300 mm. The kiln roof which connects to the thin-walled kiln wall is suspended flat roof.
