6. When pouring the castable on the masonry of calcium silicate insulation board, a layer of water repellent should be sprayed on the calcium silicate insulation board in advance to prevent the calcium silicate insulation board from moisture. And prevent the refractory castable from lack of water which may lead to insufficient hydration. For the calcium silicate insulation board used at the top, it is difficult to spray the waterproofing agent upwards. So the waterproofing agent should be sprayed on the side which will be in contact with the castable before construction..

7. When building refractory bricks on the masonry of calcium silicate insulation board, the construction of bricks must be in staggered way. If there is a gap, it must be filled with adhesive.

8. For the vertical cylinder or straight face, as well as the upright tapered surface, the lower end of the construction is the reference, and the construction should be from the bottom to the top.

9. After construction, all parts should be inspected carefully. If there is a gap or the sticking is not strong, fill it with a sticking agent.

10. For the calcium silicate insulation board with greater plasticity, the expansion joint is not considered. The lower part of the brick should be plug tight with calcium silicate insulation board and an adhesive.
