     Insulation ceramic fiber is a high-efficiency energy-saving thermal insulation material. It has the characteristics of general fiber, but also has the high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance that ordinary fiber does not. It overcomes the brittleness of general refractory materials. The good effect of using insulation ceramic fiber material to replace the traditional heavy refractory brick as the wall lining material of industrial kiln is known to all. When using lightweight, low thermal conductivity fiber material as the lining of industrial kilns. The thickness of the wall lining of industrial kilns can be reduced by 1/2, the weight can be reduced by 60-80%, and the steel for furnace construction can be saved by 30-50%. Especially the all fiber kiln which is developed in recent years, ie the kiln wall and lining are all made of ceramic fibers. The heat storage capacity of the insulation ceramic fiber lining is only 1/10~1/30 of the brick furnace, and its weight is 1/10~1/20 of the brick furnace. Therefore, the use of insulation ceramic fiber as the lining of the kiln wall can not only reduce the thickness of the kiln wall, lower the surface temperature of the kiln wall, speed up the heating rate of the kiln, but also save the kiln masonry materials and reduce the cost.
