     4. Laying of thermal insulation layer

     The bottom layer of the insulation layer on the top of the kiln should use high-purity high temp ceramic blanket, and the surface layer can be ordinary high temp ceramic blanket. When laying the blanket, it is necessary to divide the lamination seam. At the blanket joint, the seam joint should be covered and compressed. If the top layer is high temp ceramic blanket, the blanket joint seam should be glued with 800 ° C resistance glue to seal the joint seam. When laying the bottom layer, pay attention to the surroundings of the heat-resistant hangers must be compacted, and the blanket joints should be overlapped. Laying of blanket should be staggered, each insulation layer should be compressed and compacted. And the surface of each insulation layer should be smooth and tidy.

     If all the heat-resistant hangers are submerged in the insulation blanket, a small amount of blankets around the hangers should be take out, so that the top of the heat-resistant hooks and ordinary steel hangers are exposed to the air, which is convenient for natural heat dissipation, so as to avoid heat-resistant hangers and the ordinary steel hook generate creep under the condition of long-term load and cause the ceiling plate to fall off. When installing coal injection pipes and air ducts, their weight cannot directly fall on the refractory hanging plate. An appropriate support frame can be installed on the main beam so that its weight falls on the main beam. The position of the pipe body should be fixed.  The coal hole pipe body above the high temp ceramic blanket should be wrapped and tied tightly with aluminosilicate blanket, and the part that is submerged in fiber blanket should be layered with high alumina loose fiber bulk to plug the pipe wall tightly in order to prevent the high-temperature air flow of combustion chamber from leaking out . Finally, the bottom of the coal injection pipe and the air pipe and the pipe wall should be fully plugged with high alumina fiber bulk to ensure the sealing is tight  .

     5. Kiln roof surface seal

     After the kiln roof insulation layer is laid, a 1000℃ resistant coating should be used as a sealing layer to completely seal the kiln roof. This sealing layer will have better performance if it is done after the kiln is preheated.
