Detailed construction steps of ceramic blanket insulation in tunnel kiln

     In the previous issue, we talked about the insulation brick construction of the tunnel kiln wall.In this issue we will introduce the laying of ceramic blanket insulation layer for tunnel kiln wall.

     2. Laying of ceramic blanket insulation

     The filled insulation material layer between the inner wall and the outer wall must be uniform, full, and sealed, and must not get wet. Insulation layer materials are generally insulated with ordinary ceramic blanket insulation.  The ordered blanket size must meet the design requirements and the actual needs of convenient installation. Attention should be paid during the installation: the ceramic blanket insulation must be in close contact with each other and crimped, and the joints of the two blankets should be bonded with high temperature adhesives to make them tightly sealed to ensure their insulation effect. If ceramic blanket insulation needs to be processed, it should be cut neatly with a knife to ensure the accuracy of size. It is strictly forbidden to tear by hand.
