Construction method of lightweight insulation fire brick for tunnel kiln

     In the construction of tunnel kiln, the construction of kiln wall insulation is very important. Construction of kiln wall insulation is mainly the construction of light-weight thermal insulation bricks and the laying of thermal insulation layers. Lightweight insulation fire bricks are mainly alumina hollow ball bricks, and aluminum silicate fiber needle-punched blankets are used as insulation materials.

     When building with lightweight insulation fire brick, the height, thickness and total length of the thermal insulation wall must comply with the design requirements. Its masonry method is the same as that of clay refractory bricks, and it is built with refractory mud. Each layer is built with bricks of the same size, and the mortar joint is controlled to be less than 3mm. The masonry should be full of mortar and solid, and the fullness of the mortar should reach more than 90%. It is strictly forbidden to use an iron hammer to hit the bricks when laying bricks. Use a rubber or wooden hammer to tap the surface of the bricks to align them. It is strictly forbidden to cut bricks directly with a brick knife. The bricks that need to be processed should be cut neatly with a cutting machine and ensure the required size is accurate. In order to avoid direct contact between the thermal insulation bricks and the open fire in the kiln. The observation hole should be built with refractory fire bricks. The overlapping bricks between the thermal insulation wall and the thermal insulation blanket and the external wall should also be built with clay refractory bricks.
