     Application of refractory ceramic fiber module in drying furnace

     The general chamber drying furnace mainly refers to the sand mold or sand core drying furnace. It is used to heat the sand mold or sand core to vaporize the moisture contained in it and diffuse the moisture into the surrounding medium to achieve the purpose of removing the moisture in the sand mold or sand core.

     Although the chamber drying furnace is a low-temperature furnace with intermittent operation, applying a certain thickness of refractory ceramic fiber module veneer layer on the hot surface of the red brick wall lining can significantly improve the thermal efficiency and drying speed of the drying furnace.
