Last issue, we introduced the precautions for module installation and lining finishing of thermal ceramics modules lining construction. In this issue, we will continue to introduce the influence of the quality of the thermal ceramics modules lining on the damage of the ceramic fiber lining.
Influence of construction quality of thermal ceramics modules lining on damage of ceramic fiber lining.
In general, seven points design, three points construction. Through the investigation and summary of the application effect of the thermal ceramics modules lining construction quality, we found that the construction quality problem causing the damage of the thermal ceramics modules lining mainly exists in the following aspects:
1. The nut is not installed properly and cannot be screwed onto the bolt, resulting in the failure of the thermal ceramics modules and the furnace wall to be effectively connected. During high temperature use, the module falls off and collapses.
2. The compression of the compensation bar is not enough. The compensation amount of the compensation bar under high temperature can not meet the requirements of use, and there is a through gap between the module rows, causing the anchor bolt to oxidize at high temperature and burn the steel plate.
3. The trimming of the thermal ceramics modules is not in place, the high-temperature smoke can penetrate through the gap between the modules, the high temperature smoke causes series oxidation corrosion of the anchor bolt, and the module falls off.
Thermal ceramics modules have a wide range of applications and good performance in thermal insulation. They are being used in many fields and are a new type of material. Above are the all precautions during construction and installation. Hope that they can be used for reference and help.
