Insulating ceramic fiber bulk is produced by melting high-purity clay clinker, alumina powder, silica powder, chrome sand and other raw materials under high temperature in an industrial electric furnace. Then, melted raw material is blown by compressed air or spun into fiber shape by a centrifuge, and the fiber is collected through a collector to form a heat insulating ceramic fiber bulk.Insulating ceramic fiber bulk can be further processed into fiber blankets, boards, paper, cloth, rope and other products.

First, simplest and least durable method is wrapping. Because density of insulating ceramic fiber bulk is low. It can not be anchored. So it often falls off.
Second, for larger industrial furnaces, insulating ceramic fiber bulk can be adopted for refractory thermal insulation. The side-by-side installation method is used to firmly fix the insulating ceramic fiber bulk on the furnace wall.This method is more reliable.
Third, for the micro-furnace, we can choose to wrap the entire furnace with insulating ceramic fiber bulk, and the furnace is molded at one time. With this method the service life of insulating ceramic fiber bulk is relatively long.
