There are many hidden defects in spot welding, such as uneven force, weak, forming thermal bridge and easy to fall off. After the furnace is stopped, the trolley is quickly pulled out, the temperature in the furnace drops rapidly in a short time. 2. Quality problem of ceramic fiber module.

Many users use high temp ceramic fiber module of lower classification temperature to reduce cost. When the high temp ceramic fiber module encounters high temperature, the module fiber will shrink. The lower the classification temperature of module, the higher the shrinkage rate. The shrinkage of module will create a gap, many gaps will connect and form the through gap. And the heat will pass through the gap to steel plate, causing the steel plate to deform and the high temp ceramic fiber module will fall off.
