There are mainly two causes for the falling of high temp ceramic fiber module in all-fiber trolley furnace.

1. High temp ceramic fiber module installation problem

The installation problem has a lot to do with the installation experience of the workers The experienced workers will fully weld the bolt. So that the welded anchor is relatively firm. However, some installation workers choose spot welding to reduce labor and shorten the construction period. There are many hidden defects in spot welding, such as uneven force, weak, forming thermal bridge and easy to fall off. After heating, the high temp ceramic fiber module will transfer a small amount of heat to the anchor to form a thermal bridge. After the furnace is stopped, the trolley is quickly pulled out, the temperature in the furnace drops rapidly in a short time. After many time like this, the welding position is likely to fall off. , causing the high temp ceramic fiber module to fall.

2. Quality problem of ceramic fiber module.

Many users use high temp ceramic fiber module of lower classification temperature to reduce cost. When the high temp ceramic fiber module encounters high temperature, the module fiber will shrink. The lower the classification temperature of module, the higher the shrinkage rate. The shrinkage of module will create a gap, many gaps will connect and form the through gap. And the heat will pass through the gap to steel plate, causing the steel plate to deform and the high temp ceramic fiber module will fall off.
